Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Personalized items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    • Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • After receiving your request, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging:
    • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RA number on the package.
  4. Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] .
