Leonard Wayne Robertson, a 39-year-old resident of Falmouth in Wexford County, has been sentenced to a minimum of 84 months and a maximum of 180 months in prison following a comprehensive investigation into multiple charges related to child pornography.

The case unfolded when authorities executed a search at Robertson’s residence in March 2022, leading to his arrest several months later. The investigation focused on scrutinizing various electronic devices seized during the initial raid, including the analysis of six cell phones.

  1. Two counts of criminal sexual conduct second degree
  2. One count of child sexually abusive activity
  3. One count of possession of child sexually abusive material
  4. Two counts of accosting children for immoral purposes
  5. Two counts of furnishing obscenity to children
  6. One count of capturing an image of an unclothed person
  7. Three counts of using a computer to commit a crime
